Free Trade Show
Marketing Tip of the Month
Make 100% sure
that your graphics and text in your booth focus on WHAT
you offer. Don't use flashy techno-terms; use easy to
understand text to define exactly what your product is for.
Make it "easy to understand" by anyone and you will be
more successful.
I've seen time
and again where companies are so vague about their product
offering, attendees walk by scratching their heads, never
to return because they don't want to appear to be
stupid.
It may sound
weird to you, but I've seen very sophisticated companies do
this and miss business at trade shows because of it.
Make sure your
sales message is to the point and clearly defines your
product offering, and you will achieve two very
important outcomes.
1. You will
attract qualified leads into your
booth.
2. You will drive
non-qualified leads away from your booth.
Your goal is
to draw qualified leads into your booth and the
rest are worthless to your prime objective of increasing the
chance of Making Sales to justify the tons of
money you spent to be at any trade show.
